It is a large Art Deco 2 double bedroom apartment located in a beautiful quiet tree lined street - only 5 minutes walk from Bondi Beach and the cafes.
The flat has a fully renovated and new kitchen, private laundry facilities, renovated and clean bathroom, polished floorboards throughout and has been recently painted.
